SUMMARY:Sex and Love Addicts Anonymous (SLAA): Tuesday 7:00pm-8:15pm
DESCRIPTION:Sex and Love Addicts Anonymous is a Twelve Step\, Twelve Tradition-oriented fellowship based on the model pioneered by Alcoholics Anonymous.\n\nThe only qualification for S.L.A.A. membership is a desire to stop living out a pattern of sex and love addiction. S.L.A.A. is supported entirely through the contributions of its membership and is free to all who need it. \nTo counter the destructive consequences of sex and love addiction\, we draw on five major resources: \n\nSobriety. Our willingness to stop acting out in our own personal bottom-line addictive behavior on a daily basis.\nSponsorship / Meetings. Our capacity to reach out for the supportive fellowship within S.L.A.A.\nSteps. Our practice of the Twelve Step program of recovery to achieve sexual and emotional sobriety.\nService. Our giving back to the S.L.A.A. community what we continue to freely receive.\nSpirituality. Our developing a relationship with a Power greater than ourselves which can guide and sustain us in recovery.\n\nAs a fellowship S.L.A.A. has no opinion on outside issues and seeks no controversy. S.L.A.A. is not affiliated with any other organizations\, movements or causes\, either religious or secular. \nWe are\, however\, united in a common focus: dealing with our addictive sexual and emotional behavior. We find a common denominator in our obsessive/compulsive patterns\, which transcends any personal differences of sexual orientation or gender identity. \nFor newcomers: please visit the SLAA Greater Delaware Valley intergroup site here for resources and a directory of local meetings. \nFollow the direct link here for SLAA’s 40 Questions for Self-Diagnosis. \nFor more information\, please call 609-621-SLAA (7522). \nThis meeting is CLOSED; we ask that all in attendance identify as sex and love addicts. \n*This meeting is 75 minutes in length*

SUMMARY:Harm Reduction Works
DESCRIPTION:A new day and time for our Harm Reduction Works meeting\, with new friends! We are proud to be partnering with Community in Connection\, CARES/Prevention is Key\, and Recovery Junction to offer a collaborative HRW meeting with rotating facilitators every month. This meeting will be a place for folks to explore harm reduction strategies in a safe\, welcoming\, and non-judgmental space. All are welcome\, especially folks using substances\, their family members\, and other allies and supporters.\n\n\n \n\n\nMeets Tuesdays at 11am on Zoom.\n\n\n \n\n\nZoom Meeting ID: 831 0985 8232 \n\n  \nHarm Reduction is a set of practical strategies aimed at reducing the negative consequences of any action\, especially drug use. Harm Reduction is built on the belief in and respect for the autonomous rights of all people who use or have used drugs. Join us to explore what Harm Reduction could mean for you\, how we use it every day without even realizing it\, how to combat stigma associated with drug use\, and how we can support and empower one another to stay alive and increase our quality of life. For this meeting we will be following the Harm Reduction Works meeting structure. This meeting is open to those with the goal of abstinence and those with no desire to entirely suspend use as well as those considering beginning use of any drug. Harm Reduction believes you do not need to stop using substances to begin recovery. For more information on harm reduction\, or to join another Harm Reduction Works meeting\, click here -> https://linktr.ee/hrw \n
