Amanda graduated from Rutgers University with a Master’s Degree in Labor and Employment Relations and a minor in Professional Youth Work. Amanda enjoys volunteering with other non-profit organizations in her spare time such as the Hunterdon County 4-H program and Sue’s Memorial Co-Pay Fund. Amanda grew up in the 4-H program and is now a leader of the Round Valley Riders 4-H Horse club. Sue’s Memorial Co-Pay Fund is near and dear to Amanda’s heart because it is in memory of her Aunt Sue; the Fund pays cancer patients’ co-pays at least once per month at the Hunterdon Regional Cancer Center. Aside from volunteer work Amanda enjoys spending time with family, friends, her dogs, and her miniature horse!
