The Safer Together Harm Reduction Center, a division of Prevention Resources, was launched in 2024 to support the health and dignity of people who use substances in our community. Our work focuses on community-based outreach, individualized peer support, safer use education and supplies, connections to treatment and recovery services, and promoting overall wellness.
The Safer Together Harm Reduction Center is committed to saving lives and improving community wellbeing through a compassionate, person centered approach to substance use.
What is 'Harm Reduction'?
