Oceans Family Success Center (FSC) is a welcoming community organization serving individuals and families of the Greater Freehold and Asbury Park area. Oceans FSC’s mission is to provide an all-inclusive environment to strengthen and empower individuals and families through family-centered activities, evidence-based educational workshops, and access to resources needed to maintain healthy relationships. We are determined to be there for each family in our county.
The Oceans Family Success Center (OFSC) is a family-friendly center open to the Greater Freehold and Asbury Park Community consisting of Freehold, Manalapan, Farmingdale, Englishtown, Asbury Park, Bradley Beach, Neptune City, Neptune Twp., Ocean Grove, and Ocean Twp.
A Family Partner is on staff to work with families to create a plan of life that addresses goals and dreams holistically and realistically. We are great hunter/gatherers, and will find all necessary resources to achieve those outcomes. Whether you’re trying to stay afloat during a difficult time in your life, or at a point where you want to give back to further yourself and family, a family partner will assist in setting goals, while concentrating the positives within the family unit.
The OFSC is INCLUSIVE. No one is excluded from care regardless of age, ethnicity, religious affiliations, sexual orientation or geographic location/residency. All services are free of charge.

You can schedule an appointment with one of our Family Partners to discuss personal matters in a safe, private, and confidential space. Partners serve as life coaches and advocates, guiding you through even the most difficult times. Topics with which they help include, but are not limited to:
- Housing Assistance
- Support Groups
- Parenting Education
- Volunteerism
- Life Skills
- Advocacy
- Mentoring
- Employability Skills
- Recreational Clubs
- Financial Literacy
- Special Assistance
Please Note:
• Partners dedicate 45 minutes solely to your case
• Appointments must be scheduled in advance with a family partner
• Sessions can be one time, or on-going on a weekly basis, indefinitely
• Please note, due to high demand of partnerships, if you arrive late, family partner reserves right to cancel meeting. Otherwise, time will be deducted from the 45-minute session
